Cancellation Policy
At Ella’s Beauty Bar, your time is valuable—and so is ours. To ensure the best experience for all of our clients, we kindly ask that you adhere to our cancellation policy.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for all cancellations or appointment changes. This gives us the opportunity to accommodate other clients.
Late Cancellations
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment will result in a 50% charge of the booked service.
No-Shows
Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the service fee and may be required to pay a deposit for future bookings.
Running Late?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you’re running late. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may be rescheduled and considered a late cancellation.
